1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data may be processed by Pandora Publishing and Book Services Inc. ("PANDORA" or "Company") as the data controller, within the scope explained below in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law").

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data may be processed by PANDORA in accordance with the basic principles envisaged by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the following purposes:

• To enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company.
• For the promotion of products and services offered by the Company.

Your personal data is not transferred to any party outside PANDORA.

Your information may only be disclosed by informing you when requested by official authorities within the framework of laws and when we are obliged to provide explanations to relevant authorities in accordance with mandatory legislative provisions in force.

3. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is not processed and used except for the promotion of products and services offered by the Company and their delivery to you.

4. YOUR RIGHTS LISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW AS THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER

As the personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing have disappeared, even though they were processed in accordance with the Law and relevant other legal provisions,

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to the Company in writing. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if an additional cost arises, the right to request a fee from you according to the amount to be determined by the Company is reserved.
