Payment options

You can make payments for the products you will order by credit card, ATM card or bank transfer. Shipping costs are paid by us for domestic orders of 1500 TL and above with credit card and bank transfer. With your Maximum, Bonus and World cards, you can make your payment in three installments at the cash price. You can shop safely, easily and quickly with BKM Express without sharing your card information online. When you place your order, if you pay by credit card, a pre-authorization is taken. When your order reaches the shipping stage, the invoice amount will be collected from your card and reflected in your account.

What is pre-authorization?

The order amount is blocked on your card limit. It does not appear on your card statement unless the transaction is converted to a sale. The amount we can convert to a sale can be as much as or less than the blocked amount.

Domestic wire transfer

Our Turkish Lira account for wire transfer transactions from within Turkey is below. You need to make your transfer within five business days at the latest. When your transfer is received in our account, shipping will be done.

International wire transfer

Banks make deductions in the name of expenses and commissions when making money transfers from a bank abroad.

The deduction can be on both the sender and the recipient side. The amount to be transferred to the Pandora account should be the order amount, both deductions should be paid by you. When making the money transfer, indicate to your bank that you want to pay both deductions on the sender and recipient sides.
