How to use a gift voucher?

When completing your order, you must select the 'I Have a Gift Voucher, I Want to Use It' box on the payment page and enter your voucher code.

Are gift vouchers valid for all products?

You can only use your voucher for books and magazines. If there are other products in your cart, the 'I Have a Gift Voucher, I Want to Use It' box will not appear on the purchase page.

My gift voucher amount is more than my order, what can I do?

The amount of your gift voucher must be equal to or less than the product price in your order (excluding shipping).

I have multiple gift vouchers, can I use them in the same order?

A gift voucher can only be used in one order. Only one gift voucher can be used per order.

I don't remember my gift voucher code, how can I find out?

If it is a voucher purchased from our site or sent to you regarding your account, you can get information about the code, amount, expiration date and status from the My Gift Vouchers page.

Otherwise, you can get information by sending us an email from the email address where the gift voucher was sent to you.

Can gift vouchers be used in all Pandora branches?

If you purchased our gift voucher in printed (physical) form, these vouchers are valid in all our branches.

Otherwise, unless specifically stated, it will be valid in the branch from which you purchased it.

The system does not accept my gift voucher code on the payment page?

You may have used your voucher before or the voucher may have expired.
