How can I place an order?

You can add products to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" icon next to each book or by clicking the icon in the book's info section. You can increase the quantity of products in your cart or reset them, and add new books to your cart. To purchase your completed orders, you can click the "Start Purchase Process" button to proceed to the payment stage, select the option that suits you from credit card or bank transfer options, and complete your order.

How many days does it take to ship orders?

When you order from books in our stock, we deliver them to cargo within 24 hours. For books not in our stock, this period is approximately 3-10 days for Turkish books. On product pages, StoktanTeslim is indicated for immediate deliveries from our stock, and our average Supply Period is specified for items not in stock but that we can supply.

I want to buy some of the products I added to my cart later.

You can add the products you want to buy later to the books to buy later section by clicking the "Move to Buy Later" button on the right side of the relevant product in the shopping cart. When you want to buy the products, you can purchase your books by doing the reverse from this section. Books in this section are kept in your cart by the system for six months.

Do you only supply products in your stock?

We can supply all books registered in our system (except those out of print). For books not in our stock, this period is approximately 3-10 days for Turkish books.

How many days does it take to deliver orders with shipping addresses abroad?

International shipments are delivered to your address within 2-7 days with special cargo companies. Since international shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the country, you can find out the shipping cost that will be reflected on your invoice on the order confirmation page that appears after clicking the "Start purchase process" button in your shopping cart.

What is the shipping cost for domestic orders?

Shipping costs for orders of 1500 TL and above are covered by us. The free shipping campaign does not include packages to be sent abroad, Istanbul-Islands, Marmara Island, Bozcaada, Gokceada and Avsa Island.

How can I find out the shipping cost for my orders with shipping addresses abroad?

How do you send gift products?

Gift products are carefully wrapped in the paper you select from the four wrapping paper options so that the prices are not visible. The message you want to put inside the package is placed and the invoice is separately mailed to the address of the gift sender.

Which cargo company is my order with?

You can find out which cargo company your order is with from the my orders section on all pages, get the cargo tracking number and get status information of your package from the cargo company

Can I pick up my order from your branches?

Yes. When placing an order, we ask you to select your shipping address. Here you can select a branch to pick up from Pandora branches. We don't charge shipping for this option.

How can I benefit from the Express Delivery option?

If you purchase products with the "Immediate Delivery from Stock" label in the product detail by 13:00, and your delivery area is on the Karaköy-Maslak line, your package will be delivered on the same day. Please check the Shipping Page for Daytime and Night Courier deliveries.
