Q: Can you supply books from abroad for me?
A: Yes. We can supply English books that are not in our stock by including them in our special order system.
Q: Can you supply books that I cannot find in your records?
A: Yes. You can have them researched for you by filling out the Special Order Form.
Q: I need the book urgently, can you get it with express shipping?
A: We do not prefer the express shipping option due to customs regulations and the shipping and customs costs that will be reflected to you. Pandora regularly imports books in high quantities. Orders will come within large batch imports. And thus, no additional cost will be charged from you other than the book price.
Q: What is your average supply time?
A: Supply times range from 35-70 days on average, depending on the publishers situation.
Q: How do you determine the book price, will I have to pay extra for the service?
A: Our prices are usually the cover price set by the publisher and Pandora does not charge an additional fee for special order service.
Q: How does the special order system work?
A: You can track all stages during the supply period by logging in as a Member and checking the Status stages on the Order Review screen
1)
a) If the product exists in our records, by using the Special Order button on the product page;
b) If the product does not exist in our records, please inform us using the Special Order Form.
2) After you send the product information you requested, we will inform you within 1 week whether we can supply the book, and if so, the amount and time information. While this information reaches you by e-mail, it can also be tracked from our Member pages.
3) If Pandora message has given available information and you approve the time and price, you need to pay the specified book price. In other words, paid special order requests are processed by our import unit and the process begins.
Q: How can I make the payment?
A: The necessary directions are available in our message sent to you by e-mail and on our member pages.
a) You can pay by credit card by clicking the payment link in this e-mail.(current installments on our site are valid)
b) By wire transfer to our bank account specified in this e-mail.
When our accounting department processes your payment to your account, you will receive an automatic information message that your payment has been received.
Q: Will I Pay Shipping Fee?
A: If it will be picked up from Pandora Bookstore branches, no. If it will be delivered to your address, the amounts and campaigns specified on our shipping page are valid. When you click the payment link in the e-mail sent to you, there are shipping options. If you want it to be sent to your address, you must select a shipping company.
Q: How will I be notified when the book I ordered arrives at your stock?
A: When the book arrives at our stock; a link where you can enter your address information will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. When this link reaches you, you should update your address information and perform the Save and Send operation.
