BOOK & MAGAZINE RETURN REQUESTS:

According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 No: 29188, books and digital contents cannot be returned.

Within the scope of the relevant legislation, since the return of purchased printed and electronic books and codes cannot be accepted, we kindly ask you to place your printed or online book orders only after you are completely sure of the book's imprint.

NON-BOOK & MAGAZINE PRODUCT RETURN REQUESTS:

We kindly ask you to notify us of your return request in writing either by phone at the time of cargo delivery without opening the package or within the following 14 business days.

In cases where the return is approved; when the product reaches our warehouse in resalable condition with the return shipping cost being your responsibility; only the product price, excluding the initial shipping cost to your address, will be presented to you as a gift voucher.

Within 14 days after the product arrives, a refund will be made either as a gift voucher or in the payment method made to us (credit card / bank transfer).
